This shows how the government in these states are also promoting the cause of autonomous self-driving vehicles to pave a path for an innovative and automated transport system.
Having said this, there is still a lot of work to be done in the autonomous industry. The real challenge that the industry faces is to incorporate these vehicles within the human environment where there are several complex variables to consider as well. However, we can safely say that the progress that has currently been made is quite impressive and with Otto’s trucks already on the road, we will soon be seeing robotic vehicles operating on the roads on a daily basis.
